| Shipping and handling charges are straightforward and simple. All orders over $100 will ship FedEx Ground Delivery for free! Orders under $100 will have a standard shipping charge of $5.99 and will also ship using FedEx Ground Delivery. Not all orders to Alaska and Hawaii will qualify for the free shipping special. Accessories purchased on this site are warranted by Roush Performance. All Roush parts sold through this website carry a 90 day limited warranty. If you have a claim that falls within these guidelines please contact us at 800-597-6874 and we will evaluate your claim. To obtain a warranty repair on any Roush product, you must visit the closest Roush Performance Dealer to you. When placing an order over the phone it is recommended to shop the online store and place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart. | To place an order by postal mail, simply place items in your shopping cart, complete the Checkout Page and click CONTINUE at the bottom of the page. This will show your order total and your shipping and billing information on a Confirmation Page. Print out the Confirmation Page and mail it to the address below with your personal check or money order.
Orders placed with money orders are shipped immediately. Personal check orders are delayed at least 5 days for the check to clear.

| After you place your order, you should receive an email acknowledgment immediately confirming that we are processing your order. The message will contain the details of your order including the total amount that will be billed to your credit card including tax, shipping and handling. Your credit card will be billed by Troy Ford Roush Accessories Dept. in about 48 hours after your order is placed. When your order is shipped you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email. |

| Roush Superchargers are not returnable for any reason. If they are defective, a warranty claim must be filed with Roush by calling 800-597-6874. All other Roush accessories are returnable if the box has not been opened. Please be knowledgeable of what you have ordered as once the box is opened we cannot accept it back for any reason. Once opened, if you believe a product is defective, please contact Roush's warranty department at 1-800-597-6874. |

Can I change the delivery address? We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to your order's delivery address, please email
support@troyfordracing.com or just give us a call toll free at 877-695-3673 9am to 2pm Eastern Time.

Can I change the date of my order's delivery? All items are shipped as soon as possible. However, if you wish to delay the shipment of an item please contact
support@troyfordracing.com, or call us at 937-339-2687 9am to 2pm Eastern Time. If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date.

How are oversized items handled and shipped? Items that are extremely oversized or weigh over 150 pounds may require special handling. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your order to determine the most appropriate shipping method.

How can I request a catalog? Currently, we do not offer Roush catalogs for mail or download.

Prices All prices on this website are quoted and only payable in US dollars. Sorry, but we cannot accept cash, or C.O.D.'s. Please note a sales tax of 6.50% is added to all orders shipped to Ohio addresses.

Privacy The information that you provide to us will never be disclosed to other third parties and will be used for our internal business purposes only.

Destinations We currently ship items anywhere within the continental US including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to military addresses or US territories.
A single order must be shipped entirely to one address, using one shipment method.
We do not accept C.O.D.'s.
